Our weekly website review takes us this week to a site out of New Zealand www.getstrength.com which I have spent some time on over the last week. I have found it to be an excellent site with some great information which all is for free and a Q&A section with Ashley Jones. They also sell equipment and have a unique feature in that if you have an idea for equipment they can design it and make it. A great site with great information and well worth putting on your list of favourites.
